While I'm unabashedly Aesthetics>Strength, I've never understood why people get so fired up about it. Unless you're trying to become a competitive powerlifter, they kind of go hand in hand. If you're a beginner-intermediate lifter, aesthetics will come with strength and vice-versa.

Do you want to lift heavy stuff/train for a sport? Then its the other way around
