iam doing this right now and i kek how easy it is with those 3 simple rules. (down from 93kg to 87 and going strong). its also fucking easy because iam never hungry

I thought this was in pounds, I was so mind fucked. Get used to being hungry, when you feel hunger sit somewhere and just feel it, you must pay for your sins and this is how you will repay god for abusing his land.
Also find out what youre TDEE is, Buy a food scale, measure, count cals, then eat. Remember the healthier the food is the more you can eat of it to satisfy youre disgusting hunger.
