Embrace stoicism. Recognize that your body is nothing more than the reflection of your actions, and remove proud judgment from these actions. You are put on this planet to do work and the development of a strong body is one of the different types of work you must do.

Your body is neither good nor bad, but the actions to obtain that body are. But again, you must remove the sense of pride from these good actions, for they in turn are temporary and will be replaced by better actions by yourself and by others, both in your lifetime and beyond it. Do not dwell on the good actions, but instead recognize why they are good and be content in your capability to do them

It's one thing to be playfully avare that you look good, it's a nother thing to make it as your main selling point.
