I have been doing greyskull lp for the past few months, on and off, and before that I did SS and brosplits half heartedly making no gains. I have been on a cardio binge for the past two weeks and have only been doing calisthenics. I am an 18 yr old HS senior, and look ok for my age, visible abs, big quads, skinny arms, decent chest. I am looking at Scooby1961's workout plans, specifically: http://customworkoutplanner.com/workouts/advanced+volume+workout/59845/Tom/#workoutplan
Is this a good plan? Should I just stick to greyskull? I am training for aesthetics but also I am going to try out for rugby, and need to be stronger. The sheer volume of this workout seems ridiculous for a natty teenager.
Or, I forgot to add, would it be ok to stick with calisthenics and cycling? Would that be enough for strength in rugby? I want to keep lean for qts, but also i enjoy not going to the gym.

Greyskull is infinitely better
Stay the course.
Get strong on pull up/chin up and ohp.
These are the lifts of aesthetics

Thanks senpai, what do you think of my other question >>38864470
because I may or may not have canceled my gym membership a week ago and forgot about it (I did)

Calisthenics are terrible for STRENGTH.
barbell strength training is what all professional athletes (for whom strength is a concern) use.. With good reason

I'm not professional though, I just want to have fun on the rugby team, but stay lean and fast because I am enlisting in the army and trying for infantry after I graduate.

And also stay lean for qts

>my other question
Nothing will get you stronger faster than linear progression strength programming.
Get your bench up to 225 and your row up to 1xbw
Get your squat up to 3pl8 and deadlift up to 3.5-4pl8
Get your push press up to 1xbw
You will have stronk
Gotta eat though.
Abs or stronk?
Stronk first then cut

Literally eat less.
Not rocket science
>>38864516
but senpai this is my last year to get qts, I cant stronk first then cut. I need to stay cut.

scoopys advanced workout plan looks awesome, love all the volume!

K, gonna go with greyskull then, because I just hopped on a scale and realized I lost 5 pounds in two weeks.
