Nuts have roughly an 11:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3. Beef is like 1.3:1
I'm guessing a hamburger has a significant amount of vegetable oil which matches nuts on a omega-6 to omega-3 ratio, but if you're implying that nuts have "healthy" fat then you're as braindead as most of the normies out there

I don't have a problem with natural yogurt except that I could probably drink 2 gallons of it in a day and still be able to eat. It simply makes no difference to my stomach or gives satisfaction, I'll still be hungry after any amount of it. It tastes fine, just doesn't satiate at all.
