In my experience, any "mobility" issues are usually the core not fully being involved. Try some planks and side planks as part of your squat warmup to get things firing.

Don't actually daily max for longer than maybe five or six weeks at a time, but you can definitely bench five days a week. Take a look at a typical Sheiko week and think about how you'd split that up over five days. That should be a good starting point. Three or four sets with manageable weights at a manageable RPE.

What I actually do right now is two sets with a minimum goal weight and one or two more with a little more weight if the minimum weight felt good. This morning I did 245 for 2x3 and 250 for 1x3 and called it a day.

I dont know what my strongest trait is because I have only ever had this body and this brain.

I don't know how it would be to train and eat the way I do in someone elses body, but I do see people slack off and give themselves outs constantly. I see people slack off with technique in training, losing focus left and right and eating like shit. So at the same time as I don't know how much of my success lately has to do with talent, I have limited sympathy for people who slack off and dont progress as well as me.

Yes, talent is important. But trust me, I have that frustration too. I see arrogant morons not doing anything right who are winning medals at worlds, at a level that I might not reach no matter how much I work for it. But that's unimportant tBh. Yes, it matters. You can obviously progress on an okay macro profile, but having one that is great is a lot better.

Youre saying "hitting your macros" like its trivial. From what I've seen out of studies etc, you benefit from more protein up to about 3.4g/kg. That's quite a bit from where you end up if you eat pizza every day.

I dont count protein either desu, I just know whats a lot and what isnt. I've had the occasional headcount of protein, but I eat pretty much the same thing day to day so I dont need to count it more than once.
