His advice is mostly very sound. His later videos are much better than his earlier videos although they weren't bad just not quite as good. He also seems to have good judgement about what makes sense and what doesn't (for example his video about why you are not losing body fat and IIFYM).

I also like the guy in his vids... he's a little bit funny without trying too hard.

yeah, I'll grant you do clickbait, and some silly "modified" exercises, but as far as shilling goes, he's not nearly as bad as most fitness youtubers
