Me? A PB toast, a protein shake and my first sip of the day.

½ a whole wheat bagel with 30g jalapeño cream cheese
32g optimum whey chocolate
225g Greek yogurt

One slice of wheat bread and a slice of skim milk cheese and my first sip of the day, if by any chance I still feel hungry I'd throw in yougurt but that's it.
I had calamari for the first time ever today for breakfast

I'm Indian so I can only get Indian food made by my mom.
Breakfast contains
>Puttu(steam cake typically made of wheat or rice)
>Appam
>Dosa
>Idlli
>Potato stew
>Beans curry of any type
Lunch is mostly rice and curd with a tad salt.
At times, we have rice with curries such as Sambhar(basically a lot of vegetables boiled in water containing a lot of spices), Avial(basically a curry of plantain), Thoran(usually made of beetroot, cabbage or coconut with spices).
Dinner is mostly Chappathi and left over curries from the breakfast.
I skip Dinner most of the times.
