Hey /fit/, skinny fat new to the gym and I've got a fucking problem. I think everyone at my new gym is taking the piss out of me. Been asking around about good diets that I can stick to and everyone is suggesting 'if it fits your mackerels'. DO THEY SERIOUSLY EXPECT ME TO EAT NOTHING BUT MACKEREL. I wanted a diet I could stick too, not a diet I'm going to be sick of after 2 meals.
Anyway now everytime I ask them about if it fits your mackerels they just stare at me and laugh! IM STARTING TO GET WOUND UP. Don't get me wrong I love mackerel, but every meal? Come the fuck on! Do people actually do this diet.
What do you think /fit/? Should I just jump on the if it fits your mackerels band wagon?
