Am i overtraining? I workout 3 days a week. I bench, squat, and deadlift for 5x5. Then I do some skull crushers for 3 sets and 5x5 of curls. And ohp 3×5.

Don't do tricep accessories along with bench and ohp. You hit your triceps enough with the compounds so isolating them will impede recovery. Also squatting and deadlifting 3x a week may be too taxing. Try squatting twice a week and deadlifting once a week with high volume.

I read a research report on concurrent training(training both cardio and weightlifting in a single week). The best gains were obtained with weights 2x a week, and cardio 3x a week. The cardio they used was biking, so running might cause more damage, and be harder to do with weightlifting.
