Do 3x5 3 times a week MWF. Add weight each session,start light with GOOD FUCKING TECHNIQUE

After you stall 2-3 times you do
3x8 pause bench, 3x8 touch and go Alternate each day and progress each day individually

When you stall on both days, add weight still so you can still do 3x7,3x6,3x5 until you can only hit the weight for 3x5 after some time

When you are at 3x5 for both pause and bench,

Then do

5x5 touch and go monday, 4x5 pause bench + triceps wednesday, 1x5 heavy, 2x3 pause bench for some smooth back off sets.

Do this AFTER you LEARN P`FUCKING PROPER TECHNIQUE

Congratz, you can know bench close to 3 plates if you have short arms and good press strength
