Average age of MBA for some of the top schools in this region are 26-28. Depends what you want to do etc, but as an older student (finished undergrad at 26) I didn't have an issue. Head down, get the work done, keep working on the side because network is crucial when you're not going through normal graduate recruiting channels.

Symptoms?

Drinking is why I started coming to /fit/ in the first place. I wasted (puns lmao) my entire time in college drinking booze and eating ramen and not working out.
Now I have a couple beers a week and occasionally a solitary glass of whiskey to relax. Can't get 'wasted' drunk anymore because it makes me depressed.

Shaking hands, difficulty concentrating, sweating from extremities, racing thoughts, 80bpm heart rate, looking like complete shit unless I shower and moisturize.

Never had DTS but when I try to quit it's always day 2 where I go full RRREEEEE mode, super easily pissed off or mad paranoid.
Yup, but steroids help me stay sober. I load up on the orals knowing if I drink I'll most likely fuck my liver up big time.

I use the GABA supplement to cut back, because at a high enough dose a combination of both can lead to respiratory failure.
Knowing I can an hero if I drink keeps me sober.
