Eggs are good, but the yolks have a lot of HDL cholesterol. If you eat and egg or two (with the yolk) every other day it will never be an issue. If you eat six eggs every day you will have heart disease.

HDL cholesterol IS bad. Good dietary cholesterol, LDL, primarily comes from fish, nuts, fruits, and seeds.
