Cruciferous veggies and fermented food and drink. Sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented pico de gallo, lax pickles, all manner of other delicious fermented shit, kefir, kombucha, yogurt. Make sure it's "live" (as in raw and has cultures still in it). Also plenty of fiber so like beans and lentils and shit. Bacteria in your gut feed on fiber.
