If I run an hour every two days, can I eat everything I want and stay fit anyway? Just a question
in pic an old good movie
Not really, but it helps

What is "everything I want"? Does it fit your caloric deficit and for your macros? If not, then no.
You can't outrun a bad diet.

I realized I don't really have the mindset to follow that sort of things. I'm just slightly overweight because I stopped sports years ago and I love eating. So I choose running because I live in the country and have time to spare.

Depend on what you mean by everything but yeah, I run and eat healthy on my own but I sure as hell never refuse any food food if i'm offered or with friend and i have low BF and visible abs

if your a retard who settles for a lot less than maybe
If you become a cross country cyclist and try to eat your macros and get your vitamins, then pretty much yeah.
If your definition of "fit" is to be a dyel then yes.

> can't keep diet in check
> expects to keep a rountine for running
> implying you won't quit that too after a week
you're not gonna make it

I run 90 minutes 3 times a week and I look for what I eat.
Depends on your genetics, but likely.

Then make the mindset first, retard. It's not a talent some have and some don't, it's a muscle, yours is atrophied because of lack of use. If you want to lose weight, start small, do whatever small thing (like not drinking anything carbonated) for 40 days, the first week will be the hardest, by the 41st you will be able to easily keep going, it's habit creation. Don't break it for long enough and it becomes solid so that it can endure your lack of will.

I don"t know. You gotta ask yourself: is it safe?
