Just hit 2pl8 bench after 360 days of lifting. For one rep, but still happy af with it.

One rep counts... as long as it wasn't trampolined off your birdcage and pulled into lockout by your spotter.

Whenever I try to hit my lats I struggle so hard to get any pump. What is the secret to hitting the lats? I squeeze and I throw my elbows back but I cant't seem to activate them.
Am I forever destined to be a latlet?

idk if it's just me but once i fixed my grip it's been good ever since, last time i did direct grip work is over a year ago...
First time I've been at 85% on Sheiko's wild volume ride, 3 doubles at 4 pl8 on squat and a couple 275 paused singles on bench (with volume before obviously) and everything was easy, guy at gym told me they looked fast as fuck. Very encouraging day/10, actually think 1400 total might be possible this year after all
