Its 6 days a week with the Rest day in the middle.
ABCxABC - 6 days
xABCxAB - 5 days
CxABCxA - 5 days
BCxABCx - 5 days
ABCxABC - 6 days

Started lifting with a similar routine, but only 3 times a week (Monday Back/Bi, Thursday Chest/Tri, Friday Legs/Shoudlers).
Progression on Deadlift was on a top set of 5 reps, Squat starting 5x5, later 3x5, same with bench an OHP.
Great gains in strength and size, although as a soccer player, I basically already had the muscle for 2 pl8 squat.

I did this program after myo-reps. Myo reps program beat the shit out of 3x8-12
