Trying to achieve mode in pic related.
The first pic is when I started at 160 I started with a sort of botched U/L routine 3-4 times a week. My most recent pic is a PPL 5 times a week. Extra leg day and alternating extra push/pull every week. No cardio. Trying to lean down ive been supplementing Push/Pull days with 20min of cardio after (running, elliptical, whatever) at a moderate pace. My P/P/L routine pretty much looks like this.
Push:
Bench 5x10
OHP 5x10
Then one each of a chest and shoulder accessory also at 5x10
Pull:
Row: 5 x 10
Dead: 5 x 10
Lat pulldown:5x10
Curls:5 x10
Legs:
Squat 5x10
Lunges 5x10
Hip thrusts 5 x 10
Hamstring curls on a machine 5x10
I used to supplement every workout with ab work but I think its making me too blocky so I'll probably stop.
Currently eating 1700 calories a day.
