I've been getting incredibly tired lately. I went from lifting 4 or 5 days a week and feeling fine to now lifting maybe 2 days a week and my sessions are even shorter. I doubt its depression as no other parts of my life are being effected besides energy levels.
Where do I go from here? Blood tests? Has anyone else gone through this?
