You just have monkey arms. Probably lanklet. I have the opposite problem, cannonball mode manlet 325 bench and babbymode 525 deadlift. Anthropometry is definitely not a meme
I do 6-8 reps per set. My bench progress was really funky if thats the answer youre looking for.
I was stuck at 205 for a year and 315 for a year. One day you just kind go into the gym and it becomes a triple.
Inproving bench just takes a lot of patience.
