I've just been really lazy and been feeling really unmotivated lately and haven't been in two weeks. I gained about 16lbs from quitting drinking. I used to walk, jog, do push ups, sit ups, and go to the gym but I've fallen off for the last couple of weeks.

That I hated my body, and I wanted to change it. I couldn't stand see myself in mirrors, and the biggest one, I can't remember the last time I took my shirt off at a beach or a pool. Girls too.
