Water weight would only account for about 1.75kg of that.
I started dieting after I weighed myself at over 80kg(82, but was wearing clothes, so I'm guessing actual weight to be around 81).
This is the earliest record since I started properly keeping track of my progress, a few days after that initial weigh, so with my 1500 calorie deficit most of that water weight was already out of my system by this time:
>2016/09/10
>weight: 78.7
Then today:
>2016/09/22
>weight: 74.1
Like I said, I'm not an idiot.
