I don't drink this garbage.

Fine regarding weight management.

Different sources will say different things about whether or not it is unhealthy.

Really though, moderation is key. If you like it, drink it, but not constantly.

I enjoy it.

I like it. I drink it only a little bit, less than a half of a cup, every weekend

I drank 2l a day for like an entire year in college. I had to stop just because that's weird and expensive. Never had any health issues cuz of it, and I drink a small bottle every now and again. I feel like if it could cause health problems I would have felt them, but that's not science obviously.

Try to avoid soda completely but if you want to treat yourself to one occasionally, go for diet so you're not drinking extra calories. Aspartame probably won't kill you.

Diet Soda is god tier for cutting. Definitely terrible in the long tun for your health tho. If you can avoid it, do so.

coke zero is my non meme sip of the day. I only drink water otherwise, which is fine but the monotony of my diet makes it hard sometimes so coke zero is a nice change
