Sirloin steak is my #1 for sure.
Very easy to prepare, absolutely delicious, keeps you feeling full for many hours.
And if I don't have food at home, I stop by the butcher after work and grab one (or two to prepare one for tomorrow's lunch too). It's cheaper than takeout, and better.

Egg is second place, I love eggs in all forms.
