I get so irritated when people think cave men were big and strong and that is the natural form of man. These people couldn't be more wrong.
Remember people, being able to get big and strong is a privilege our ancestors never had. Having enough calories to grow is a privilege.

Cave men were naturally tall and strong, I remember a early human bone from Britain would be from a 14 stone man/woman. However after the climate changed and the diet was first ruined by the last ice age and farming shifted our diet from meats to low nutrient grains.
That's when height and bone density diminished.
