I find that I can survive one night without eating junk food on the piss, but I enjoyed that night on the piss so much I drink again the next night - and eat junk that time

Drinking impacts my gains significantly - mostly due to my tendency to eat like shit while drinking and the fact that I'll skip a workout 90% of the time the next day. I make my best progress when I decide to take a few weeks off of the hooch, but I always slip back into it.

It's one of my favorite things to do and my only form of socialization right now. I always fucking overdo it, though, finding my way to the bottom of a fifth, ordering pizza, and wasting the next day hungover. Moderation, brehs.

It's such a toss up. I always feel so guilty and unhealthy when I'm drinking. But the more I drink the more I actually enjoy life, become social, get laid, etc.

Just coming off a week long coke bender but it wasn't as fun as a week long drink bender. Fuck, I wanna get drunk now.
