Hey /fit/ im 20, and a naturally slim build with reasonably broad shoulders, but that hasnt made up for a few months of sitting on my ass, chain smoking and inconsistent diet. Im kicking the smokes currently and got my diet in check a bit more lately, now all I need is to get my body toned up a bit with some fitness. Im not intent on a full blown workout routine or caveman diet I just wanna get my body a bit more in shape as fast as I possibly can, not overly buff or ripped just something along the lines of pic related(right hand side obvs), so what would you recommend for me to get there fast /fit/?
with that kind of mentality (getting there fast and easy) you won't achieve anything

That was basically the plan, I guess I should've been more specific what workouts would be the best for my case? Does the 7 minute workout actually pay off or is it just a myth.
