Personally I'd save it and get a full home gym. Squat rack, barbell bumper plates, bench etc. But waiting that long would suck so I'd ask my work if I could get like 5 or even 10 years advance on it on condition if you leave the job you pay it back and see what they say. They'd probably say no because what's to stop you disappearing with the cash but we can dream right?

If I knew I was getting the cash back over the years I'd just splurge on it anyway. Get the home gym and make gains son.
