Right obviously.

if been pretty thick and tight. I really do miss parts of it, the immensity, people running out of my way at the gym.

But honestly, ripped is the funnest shit ever. Though, that's probably because I committed to swole first for years.

Life is too interesting to not have a good run at both while we are here.
