I been working out for almost 2 months. Either I can see I'm slightly more toned in areas or I notice workouts are becoming easier. Everything seems to be showing results already except biceps. They're not any more toned that I can see, and workouts targeting biceps aren't any easier. Are biceps more difficult to train or am I doing some thing wrong? ....maybe more patience?

matt ogus talked about it taken him a year to notice some differences with his biceps
Give it time. You won't see a big difference for at least 4 months (probably more if you're fat).

Read the sticky
Your problem is going to end up being that you're weak as fuck
Press more and pull more. Simple is better for beginners
Post your lifts so others can laugh at you for asking this with your pitiful stats

Well crap. Oh well atleast the results from everything else will keep me motivated.

I was thinking I just need to be more patient. I'm not really fat. Skinny fat if anything. I have a little bit of a gut going but everything else is fairly firm, even before I started working out.
