You should hit up MyFitDiary (an old trip on /fit/). He made an incredible change in 30 days. IIRC, he authored half the sticky. He's always shit posting on here but I'm sure if you make a thread essentially calling him in, you'd be g2g to ask for advice.

At least you look and feel the same. Maybe you would be way weaker now if you haven't been lifting. Most people lose lots of strength in 3 years. Lift harder. Eat more. Learn to lift to failure.
