What do you guys know about fasting?
Since i discovered that eating every 3h is a myth with no evidence proven I've started to hear a lot of good things about eating twice a day.
I'm Cutting.

Eating less than 3 meals has worked for me (I was only eating supper in my case), but it depends on activity level, starting point, and bf%.

I eat twice a day and for me the only good thing is convenience - you dont bloat yourself with food as soon as you get up, and you end up eating 2 big meals or you can afford to eat something caloric dense. But thats just me im perma cutting.
That's an Arnold quote and it doesn't even acknowledge that he said it.

it really depends on what works for you
total calories are king
eating one large keto meal a day works real good for me basicly makes it impossible to overeat

Everything you need to know. It's not something groundbreaking but it makes being in a calorie deficit very bearable.

I'm on my second day, i planed a 2 meal 500 calories deficit, and I'm not hungry like i was yesterday.
Also, my mind fells great, everything is clear. But it's too soon to say anything. What i know is that yogins have been fasting for centuries, and it looks like to work for then.
What i can say for sure is that my meditation techniques work a lot better with a empty stomach.

Eating shitloads of food and doing next to no cardio is a pretty unhealthy lifestyle, and that's before we get to the steroids
