Similar issue, last 3 weeks I've been having explosive diarrhea with no other symptoms. Eating fine, sleeping fine, no fever, even set a deadlift pr while cutting. I'm starting to worry though, how fucked am I and what's wrong with me? Taking pepto now lol and imodium which kind of helps.

Hard to say. Obviously any highly acidic like cider would (drink very rarely). But I've gotten it when eating really clean before, ie organic chicken, gespatzo even though I could eat that everyday for a month and get indigestion twice.

yeah. Obviously eating something acidic, or highly fatty etc would trigger it but I get it from eating clean sometimes not sure why

Change your diet.
Heartburn triggers:
> too much protein
> dairy
> acids
> high fat or high oil foods
> nuts
> alcoholic beverages
heartburn is not a natural phenomenon, your diet can likely fix 90% of the problem.

Gonna assume you mean gaspacho? Tomatoes are super acidic and can trigger heartburn. My sister gets super bad heartburn from salsa, tomato soup, etc. More rare but peppers can do it, too.
Go to the doctor and get a prescription for acid reflux. It's cheaper.
