On top of that I hit core a couple of days a week, mostly ab wheel and weighted crunches.

I used to hit the gym back in the day, now im 25 and out of shape so i decided to go back at it with a full body workout that looks like this

Day1
Machine lat pull downs 4x8
Machine Rows 4x8
Overhead Press 4x8
Barbell curls 4x8
Bench Press 4x8
Triceps Kickback 3x8 each side
Deep squats 3x10-8-6
Deadlifts 3x8-6-6

Day2
Same as day 1 but without squats and rows.
Day3
Same as day 1

Sometimes i change exercises for whatever i feel like for the same muscle group.
What should i change to make my "routine" well rounded and more eficient?
