So I'm doing intermittent fasting and I train in the morning, I was wondering if it's OK to eat in the evening or I should eat immediately after my workout?
Why do you all keep posting this photo of a fat girl

i've been doing IF 23h/1h for the last 4 months, making decent gains and training fasted feels good, but i'm newbie so i don't know if i'm really relevant

Depends for how long you're in a fasted state.
I usually did 20 hours fasted with a 4 hour eating window, but you also have some milder forms of IF in which someone only fasts between 12 - 16 hours.
Try tracking your hours.
Mine were 16:00 til 20:00 eating window, rest of the time fasting.

Oh ok , the thing is that I'm afraid to train in the morning and eat in the evening because probably I'll lose more muscles for not feeding them or some shit.
Anyway thanks.
