Sabre and SSB's suggestion. It's kind of a bastardized smolov jr that is easier so you don't have to deload every 3 weeks. All 4 days are just comp style bench though. How come all the top benchers and guys with good benches have a fairly narrow grip?

Until the last few months i had my index finger on the rings of the bar, recently i changed to using my ring finger on the right. I have noticed how under developed my triceps were, it has been very hard to do reps above 6 on a moderate weight before my triceps burn out.

now those are probably all shit but I look a lot better, so getting my strength back up should take 2 months tops since I'm working with more muscle mass.

I am planning on doing the bench from Sheiko, and then 2 upper body assistance's for 5x10.

4 days a week, 2 days focus on Bench tricep and chest
1 day to work on OHP, Shoulder and core (following 5/3/1 style OHP)
1 day to work on Bench, Back, Biceps and core.

Each day will have the layout for bench, then just an assistance work for the matching muscle.

Does this sound decent and like it would work out ok?

RPE is rate of perceived exertion. RPE 9 means one rep in the tank, RPE 8 means two left, etc. Below 5 it's meaningless tbqh.

It's designed for a slingshot, he's, but any of them will wok, Titan ram, sling shot, who cares.
You do as many reps as possible until you hit RPE 9, which means you have 1 rep left in the tank and that's it.

Alex talent runs it and SSB runs it both are bretty strong.
