I've had really mixed experiences vaping before a gym session. Sometimes it will feel amazing. The mind-muscle connection feels so much stronger and I'm hyper aware of squeezing every little muscle. Doing heavy deadlifts gave such a huge rush.

However, trying to replicate it on other training days I'll just feel super tired and be wishing I could lie down and watch a movie or something.
