My food prep this evening

Gave it a bit of honey BBQ sauce before it was finished

I already scarfed it but I made pasta tonight...

>Worchestershire sauce, Franks Red Hot, Grace Hot Sauce, Chipotle Pepper Paste/Preserves, Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Salt, Pepper, Dehydrated Onion Flakes, 1/4 Handful of Brown Sugar, olive oil, Chipotle Chili Powder, Paprika
>No specific measurements, add to taste, ingredients in order of what I added more of than the other
>Sliced Zucchini
>Throw in pan, let chicken cook through 90% and zucchini start (takes a while)
>Add 1/2 bottle of passata and a touch of alfredo if you have some handy, use jar if empty to add 1/4 of water while cooking
>cook down around medium-low to medium heat
>cook pasta
>add that shit to the pasta once you cook and drain it
>enjoy

Usually add onion if I have some but the dehydrated stuff works well just don't add too much compared to if you were adding say half an onion.
