Train everything equally, you shouldn't focus on proportions as a beginner, take what you get.

This is simmiliar to my build. Big chest, back and shoulders. Arms little smaller and smaller forearms.

Looks amazing naked but weird when wearing non fit clothes, like big ass chest and skinny chicken forearms.

I either have to wear long sleeves and hoodies, or steriotype smaller fit shirts

Tthwn you have my friends who have amazing arms and luck luckster everything else. Looks goos in tight polo shirts but shit naked.

To achieve your mode do upper/lowers basicaly splits with no arm days. Where everything is balanced.

Also do all compounds, weighted pull ups and chins, bent rows, bench, ohp..

Literally everything you want from this body is genetic. Abs, V-shape, chest insertion, it's all genetic. Just work out, stop being a lazy shit and work with what your body will allow. You can't goal body unless you roid and even then it's largely genetics.

not him. no matter how you train, your body will look same.

not the same it looks before, but no matter how you work your chest, your chest will look same at the same muscle size level. you can't change the way your muscles look. your insertions are coded. you will look the way you look no matter how you train, if your routine is balanced. if it is not balanced, you will look weird (think chicken legs).

I understand that I'm talking about size though, not insertions. Like biceps to trap proportions and chest to shoulder proportions etc
