Don't really know the names, I'm just getting into fitness, but for traps I just do shoulder raises/shrugs or whatever, and laterals I do side raises, proper posture and all (learned from Shaggy video)

Just be consistent.
Get good rest, eat enough, and progressive overload. Your body will have no choice but to grow.
I'm fairly new to lifting too. I'm also in it for the discipline gains.
