I am currently 18
I have 2 10 kg dumbbells
barely any space to workout
And want to start working out to gain my dream body
What should do?
What I want:
A full body workout that I can use to workout the main muscles in my body from my legs to chest.
What routine should I follow e.g leg on Monday chest on Sunday?
And what protein shakes should I drink to gain muscle the quickest.

Do SS or SL5x5 or GSLP. Whichever you prefer. Stick to that for 3-6 months. When you stop making steady gains and have deloaded 2-3 times on your squat. Switch to a weekly LP program like Candito LP, PHUL, PHAT or a 531 weekly variant. Keep doing that until weekly additions are no longer possible. Which will probably take you another 6-12 months. Then switch to a true 5/3/1 program like Triumvirate/building the monolith or maybe Jacked & Tan 2.0 until those no longer work. Which will take you another 6-12 months.
There you go I've just laid out the next 3 years of your lifting career for you. Have fun!

Protein shakes doesn't matter as long as you meet your daily protein goal. Protein shakes just makes the diet planning more convenient but are not required to grow muscle.
