Just do sit-ups every day. Even on rest days.
Also do lot of situps. Add apples to your diet, eat 3 apples every day in addition to your regular diet. The aminosalbin in apples just makes your abdominal muscles pop.

Everyone recommending situps is full of shit. They're hard on your back and there's no way to make them harder. Growing muscles on 5 sets of 30 doesn't work for any other exercise, why would it be different for situps?
Planks, ab rollouts, and/or leg raises are bettter. And don't forget about the fork putdowns.
