:)
I will be alone starting next week. I could really use some tips and advice to keep a clear head for the next few months. I'll be on my own again
Get /fit/ you worthless cunt!?

I think that is what I will have to do, I will replace the lonelyness with a proper lifting/nutrition regimen.
Also, would starting up 5/3/1 again be a good idea, with my old stats or should i just read the sticky and figure it out from there?

:)
wer all gonna make it brah

5/3/1 is fine.
But if you've been off for a while, you'll need to test your maxes again. No point putting in an old max and getting crushed on sets you're meant to be handling for 10+.

You'll be fine anon, I believe in you <3
You'll figure it out over time

Ive been alone my whole life and im a perfectly normal human being :) theres nothing to worry about

>5/3/1 is fine
>for someone just beginning to lift again
Yes op go for a workout routine that has monthly increases in weight. That is a great idea
>>38754724
Monthly increases in the training max. Since you're auto-regulating the reps, that doesn't really matter much. If you're gaining strength faster than expected, your reps go up to compensate.

>doing 50 reps of 135 is sure to get me back on track in no time! Next month I'll be up to 140!
>>38754737
The only way that's going to happen is if he's physically crippled when he sets his initial maxes.

What do you mean again?

Adding 5lbs a month is fucking retarded for a new lifter
Wow op great after 1 year you added 60lbs to your shitty new maxes. You could have done that in a month
>>38754770
60lbs to a training max. That's not remotely the same thing as 60lbs to their actual max.
