don't push your elbows back during the lift, it's useful for when you're upright at the top of the rep but it impairs your form if you're doing it during the rep.

it looks like you're generally not holding your core tight. i'd guess that you're not doing the valsavla maneuver during the lift. look that up.

your weight is visibly shifting to your toes during the lift, this is partially because you're looking straight forward. you're supposed to look down a few feet in front of you. also focus on keeping your weight over your midfoot.

also get a pair of chucks or actual lifting shoes. the shoes you're currently squatting in contributes to your balance problems.
