Looks like you're getting too many carbs between the sandwich and the chips. I'd start swapping out half of the sandwich for a cup of nacho cheese you can use as dipping sauce for the chips. Don't be afraid of fats.

I've been eating only grilled chicken breast, steamed broccoli, and brown rice every day that I bulked cooked over the weekend in tupperwares and feel the best I have ever felt in my life, using Scooby's macros calculator. I just went to the doctor two days ago because I was having cholesterol issues before and my shit has went from bad to better than average. I've been trying various mustards and other low calorie condiments to spice things up.
