Just do normal BB training, throw in some Oly lifts, complexes, and HIIT body weight stuff. Use a proper progression scheme, and then you are doing better than 90% of crossfit. Plus you can save a fuck ton of money.

Dont quit crossfit it's GOAT, i do bodybuilding, oly, PL etc. Im in the Army and its the best thing you can do for fitness.

don't quit crossfit, quit the box and do crossfit at home.
Just don't oly lift under fatigue. The rest of the methodology is actually great if you want to have stamina as well as strength.
