I've been doing this for 2 months and it works. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQlJGTdD8qI + 40 sitting twists + 3min elbow planks. I have four pack abs now.

you should easily spot the advancements on the previous exercises here, like lift leg elbow planks and forearm leg raises. If you have weights, do weighted russian twists. If you have access to a roman chair or decline bench AND some weights you'll start doing heavy exercises too. Some general strength exercises like deadlifts should also very nicely help out. After 6 months you should have some decent stuff showing off.

the sticky is shit if you try to see it as more than it is; an introduction. It lays down the basics of how to get fit and points to a few directions in order to improve. My comment was that before attempting to do anything he should read the sticky in order to get the basics right, before doing something stupid for 6 months and not get any results. Obviously you'll want to expand upon the sticky along the way
