What would happen if you relax your body all the time other than when you work out? I do it now and my body temperature goes up so I guess it increase test?

This will lower cortisol, look up the benefits.
From my early life on, I've had this habit of worrying way too much about things I don't control. This caused me to be extremely tense 24/7 and it fucked me up to the point of being a nervous wreck of an auschwitz-tier lanklet at age 30.
I'm now actively trying to differentiate between intensive exercise vs complete rest and peace of mind. A couple weeks in, my sleep has already improved a lot.

Yes I know about it already but I thought doing it 24/7 might be a bit different.

Come to think of this my year has been really depressing for me and I've felt tense and angry like 90% of the time. I've also come down from ~215 to 180ish despite eating at least 3500 kcal a day and working out five days a week. I've just been slimming down and feeling very weak for no good reason. Maybe it's the "depression".

What helps me a lot to control the stress is avoiding things that push the wrong buttons with me like social media, news, /pol/, porn, etc.
