What is a good routine for aesthetics and where can i find the appropriate diet for it as well?

PPL is generally considered to be a good for aesthetic purposes because it has volume
find a PPL routine you like, lift in what is generally considered the hypertrophy range (8-15 reps)
if you are above 15% bodyfat, do a slow cut, -300 to -500 calories
if you are below 15% bodyfat, do a slow bulk, +300 to +500 calories
if you are cutting, make sure to adjust your macros so you have a slighter higher protein intake
