Is it dangerous?

very rarely lungs and heart will run out of space, and eventually keep you from intense cardio.

considering a healthy life and weightlifting: no, not at all.
>>
>>38724352
That appears to be a quantum singularity developing in your solar plexus, so I would say yes. Very.

As you get older, it gets more and more dangerous, but if it's not even severe, you don't really have to be worried. Got mine fixed and I'm a few months back into lifting

>tfw haller index is 2.8

So close to normal but so deformed

wrong, intense cardio actually works out the muscles of the rips and alleviates Pectus Excatum. Not completely, but it reduces it.

I know this from experience. Yoga and long distance running took mine from moderate to mild, most people dont even know it's there unless I point it out to them now.

I ever think sever PE would benefit from long distance cardio.

Guy I knew had to have intense surgery for it because it fucked with his heart.
He had it bad though, like as bad as the picture.

fuck, really? I have moderate PE, and I hate cardio. I guess I'd better start working on it then.
>>
I got the opposite lol
>>
>>38725178
Is this true?

I have moderate and heard chest exercises are good. Is cardio better?
>>
>>38724352

it is easily fixed

You'll never fill in the muscle gap between your pecs, and if you have severe PE it looks worse, but growing your chest is good for when you wear shirts
>>
>>38726849
Fuck off, even the thumbnail looks painful as fuck. Anythings that takes 2 doctors is not easy
